In doing hatha yoga poses, you need to be as graceful as you can possibly be. Meaning to say, you will need to release it smoothly. Do not do sudden jerky movements. It should be a fluid and smooth motion.
hatha yoga is not only an exercise, but also an art. It is also important to give yourself time in learning as hatha yoga definitely takes some time to master.Patience is really a virtue, and you always reap what you sow.
